The deliverable
The whole deck, front to back. Drag it sideways.

The events were working. The document selling them was not.
Bing Bong runs invite-only parties at the edges of major crypto conferences: New York, Miami, Vegas, Paris, Dubai. Rooms of 400 to 500, sold out. Co-branded activations with Liquid Death, Pudgy Penguins, Avalanche, Brave, Playember and Rug Radio. Press from CoinDesk through to MarketWatch.
The deck carrying all of that was built in an AI template tool. A stock photo of the Austin skyline, the chrome logo composited over it in a cowboy hat, the date and city in whatever display face the template offered.
It took an afternoon to make and it read like one. Bing Bong was selling proximity to something expensive while handing over a document that argued the opposite.
Process
The entire brand was one logo.
Bing Bong had a chrome logotype on their Twitter and not much else. No palette, no type, no guidelines. The brief Gibbon set was one line: theme it off the chrome, look at how other live events carry themselves, and put a board in front of the client before building anything.
The board came back the next morning: a holographic sheet, chrome sparkles, a poster setting one word three times in hollow outline. A day of work, and it moved the argument about what the deck should look like to the front of the project instead of the middle of it. The client approved the direction, and all twelve slides were built inside it.
Direction board, 18 June 2024, day two of the project. The centre tile is the client’s chrome logotype, the one brand asset that existed.
Four references from the board, and where each one landed.
The argument
A template holds information. It cannot argue.
The rebuild put the slides in the order a sponsor thinks in, so each one answers the question the last one raises. Five of the twelve carry that spine, and they run at full size below. The rest, including both chapter cards, the viral moments, the Dubai activation with Rug Radio and the press wall, are in the strip above.
Slide 02 · Is this a real event?
The event defined on the four axes a sponsor weighs first: exclusive, multisensory, safe and secure, content focused. Capacity capped at 200. Licensed and insured venues, trained security on site. It settles the party question before anyone has to ask it out loud.
Slide 03 · Does co-branding happen?
A Nectar can and a Liquid Death can on the same table at Bing Bong Miami, with dotted pastel lines drawn out to each brand. Sponsors have read the words brand integration a thousand times. This slide shows them the can in the photo instead.
Slide 04 · Will this make us look good?
The visual argument compressed onto one slide. Chrome sparkles on black, high-contrast Didone capitals, the pastel spectrum running letter by letter through the headline. A sponsor here is buying proximity to something that looks expensive. The document has to look expensive first.
Slide 09 · Did people show up?
NYC sold out at 400+. Miami at 500+. Vegas at 450+. Paris, private. Every event carries the partner logos it genuinely ran with: Seedify, Brave, Pudgy Penguins, Avalanche, BlockGames. No generic wall of marks.
Slide 11 · How far does it travel?
A distribution slide disguised as a team slide, placed after the proof rather than before it. Five people, each listed with a follower count beside their role in the ecosystem. Combined reach of 111k. At that size the team is a media channel, and the deck treats it as one.
Bing Bong did not fail because they used AI.
They used it in place of judgment. Gibbon used AI on this project too, for production speed and iteration, while the sequence, the argument and the taste stayed human. Speed stopped being scarce. Knowing which slide goes second did not.
